At Searcasa, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused and uninstalled
- In their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return request

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Searcasa cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom-made products
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Our team will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Searcasa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with a delivered shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Our support team will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.
